Breeze combines the power, simplicity and affordability that thousands of property managers rely on to achieve their goals. I can honestly say that all features reduce time spent in the program, from daily data entry to the monthly accounting cycle. Since Breeze stores each report produced for the owners and tenants, we find that we have a lot less filing to do. It is a very user-friendly program that we all enjoy working in.

1. Yardi Breeze pricing starts at $1 per unit per month for residential properties, with a minimum of $100 per month based on an annual agreement.
2. Properties can be managed by owner, or fraction ownership.
3. The ability to access Yardi Breeze remotely without connectivity issues has improved efficiency for on-site managers.
4. Many small real estate businesses have found value in using Yardi Breeze for their accounting needs.
5. It has not been easy, nor are we on the other side of it; however, I expect that Breeze will have what it takes to get us there.

However, there is a minimum monthly charge of $100 per month for residential portfolios and $200 per month minimum charge for commercial or management accounting mixed portfolios. Yardi Breeze is probably fine for residential, but it is not a good option for commercial property management. While nearly all programs offered occupancy status, rent generation and receipts, very few integrated those functions with a full array of accounting functions. The idea of having to transfer data on a regular basis from the self storage software to an accounting program just seemed archaic.

Yardi Breeze aims to increase efficiency by automating and simplifying time-consuming tasks. While there have been some concerns raised about customer support response times and specific accounting functions, overall feedback for Yardi Breeze remains accounting equation positive. Users recommend it for its powerful features, ease of use, and ability to streamline various property management tasks.

We also love the tenant portal, where renters can access their account and pay their rent. This is a feature tenants expect, and in the past, we had to tell them we did not have that capability. Online portals have been very well-received by our tenants. Through the portal, tenants can pay their rents online, and receive notifications when rent is due, or late.

Refreshingly simple software

With an intuitive user dashboard and fully mobile capabilities,you can work from anywhere. But no matter how simple the software, questionsare still bound to come up. There are no additional charges for our built-in support and training resources. On-demand training content and live training scheduling is available 24/7 in the Breeze and Breeze Help Centers. Breeze and Breeze Premier clients also are invited to join REfresh, our free virtual user conference held once a year with access to insurance expense definition even more educational content.
